Based in central Warszawa we have been engaged in residential real estate since 2006.
Going forward the focus is investment in land for residential development but with the aim
to sell the prepared land package rather than engaging in development and construction.
Swift Land Turnover
Typically, the work is to negotiate and obtain utility connections and in some cases prepare design and apply for building permit with focus on the Warszawa suburban area. This is considered a very low risk investment with fairly short lead time from site acquisition to disposal.
Expanding Collaborative Ventures
We are also engaged in collaborative opportunities in other sectors where we might bring added value by arranging finance or introduce investors.
